Smelt It Melt It Candle Company will not provide refunds. If there is an issue with your candles and/or shipping, we can certainly work something out. 

As of now we can ship anywhere and everywhere. The shipping fee will vary depending on where you would like to get the candles delivered. We are based in the Untied States, so if you live in other countries the shipping fee will be higher. We will notify you on the status of your shipment via email.
